Job Description

  1. Assist to create and maintain detailed hardware and software documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, installation guides, and troubleshooting guides.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and technical support, to gather information and feedback for continuous improvement.
  3. Hands-on experience by creating clear and concise technical documentation.
  4. Conduct research on product features and functionalities to accurately represent them in documentation.
  5. Discover how to format and organize the documentation to ensure it is easily accessible and understandable for the target audience.
  6. Assist to keep documentation up-to-date with the latest product releases and updates.


Job Requirements

  1. Undergraduate students, Diploma students in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics Engineer or other related majors.
  2. Previous experience with technical writing or software documentation is a plus.
  3. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and documentation standards.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
  5. Understand with documentation tools or platform such as Confluence or etc is a a plus.
  6. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies. 
  7. Understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
