Job Description

  1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate management for IT positions.
  2. Collaborate with a talent acquisition team to understand job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit for each position.
  3. Manage job postings on multiple platforms and maintain an active talent pipeline for critical roles.
  4. Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
  5. Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  6. Conduct virtual interviews, evaluating candidates suitability for the position.
  7. Assist in employer branding initiatives, including creating and promoting engaging recruitment content to attract top IT talent.
  8. Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  9. Maintain and update recruitment databases, tracking applicant statuses, and reports on HRIS system.
  10. Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and assessments.


Job Requirements

  1. Undergraduate students, Diploma students, or Fresh Graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related majors.
  2. Passionate about recruitment, especially in the tech industry.
  3. Understanding of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or other sourcing tools.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
  5. Eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.
  6. Analytical mindset with attention to detail in evaluating candidate qualifications and profiles.
  7. Familiarity with technical roles and skills in IT positions (Front End, Back End, etc) is a plus.
  8. Prior internship experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in IT industry is a plus.
