Talent Acquisition Internship
Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate management for IT positions.
- Collaborate with a talent acquisition team to understand job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit for each position.
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms and maintain an active talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct virtual interviews, evaluating candidates suitability for the position.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including creating and promoting engaging recruitment content to attract top IT talent.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, tracking applicant statuses, and reports on HRIS system.
- Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and assessments.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate students, Diploma students, or Fresh Graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related majors.
- Passionate about recruitment, especially in the tech industry.
- Understanding of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or other sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
- Eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail in evaluating candidate qualifications and profiles.
- Familiarity with technical roles and skills in IT positions (Front End, Back End, etc) is a plus.
- Prior internship experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in IT industry is a plus.
