Job Description 

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on IT and IoT products to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  2. Identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities and key accounts within the IT and IoT sectors.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to boost performance, enhance skills, and achieve sales targets.
  4. Provide regular coaching and development sessions to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and tailor solutions accordingly.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to continuously refine sales strategies.
  8. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  9. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize company profitability.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the network and promote brand awareness.


Job Requirements 

  1. Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or other related majors. 
  2. Have a minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within IT, IoT, or technology sectors.
  3. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in IT and/or IoT product markets.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of IT and IoT technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  5. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Skilled negotiator with a customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  8. Proficient in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  9. Highly organized and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to overcoming sales challenges.
  10. Flexible and willing to travel frequently to client sites and industry events as needed.
