Sr. Sales Manager
Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on IT and IoT products to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities and key accounts within the IT and IoT sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to boost performance, enhance skills, and achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular coaching and development sessions to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to continuously refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize company profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the network and promote brand awareness.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or other related majors.
- Have a minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within IT, IoT, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in IT and/or IoT product markets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT and IoT technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled negotiator with a customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to overcoming sales challenges.
- Flexible and willing to travel frequently to client sites and industry events as needed.
