Job Description

  1. Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and hardware based on technical specifications.
  2. Analyze requirements and create efficient, innovative electronic designs.
  3. Perform simulations and calculations to ensure product quality, safety, and reliability.
  4. Work closely with firmware, electrical, mechanical, and production teams for smooth system integration.
  5. Prepare and maintain technical documents like design specs, test plans, and reports.
  6. Troubleshoot and analyze failures during testing and production, then implement fixes.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers during product development.
  8. Stay updated on new electronic technologies and apply improvements to products and processes.
  9. Ensure design quality through risk assessment and thorough documentation.
  10. Recommend and approve components, testing methods, and design changes.
  11. Lead prototyping, testing, and debugging efforts to meet project goals.


Job Requirements

  1. Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma degree from Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related majors.
  2. Have a minimum 3 years of experience in in electronics design, preferably for IoT, embedded systems, or hardware products.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality standards.
  4. Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams including firmware, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
  5. Practical experience with microcontrollers (ESP, AVR, STM) and programming in C/C++.
  6. Skilled in designing and simulating analog and digital circuits using tools like SPICE, Altium Designer, or similar.
  7. Solid understanding of PCB design, signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and component selection.
  8. Experience in prototyping, debugging, and failure analysis of electronic devices.
  9. Good in preparing detailed technical documentation and test protocols.
  10. Experienced in integrating electronics with embedded software and firmware.
  11. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  12. Familiar with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
