Job Description

  1. Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and programmer to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  3. Facilitate communication between project teams and management.
  4. Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure that project teams have the necessary tools, equipment, and support to meet their objectives.


Job Requirements

  1. Undergraduate students, Diploma students, or Fresh Graduate from IT, Business or other related majors.
  2. Basic understanding of project and product management concepts and principles.
  3. Proficiency in project and product management software tools.
  4. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  5. Enthusiastic about gaining practical experience in IT project administration.
