Mid. Project Manager
Job Description
- Plan and oversee projects to ensure completed on time, within budget, and meet quality objectives.
- Develop clear project plans that define goals, scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress regularly and address any issues or risks that arise promptly.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, collaborating closely with departments such as Technology, Operations, and Procurement.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members (designers, engineers, tester), management, clients, and partners.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing project progress, budget status, changes, and risk factors.
- Manage changes in project scope, timeline, or resources, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of PMO standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Support continuous process improvements and assist in implementing changes to enhance PMO performance.
- Conduct regular reviews of project procedures to ensure remain effective and up to date.
- Supervise quality assurance activities to verify that products comply with customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from IT, Business Administration, Management or other related majors
- Have a minimum 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Software Development or IT Infrastructure project.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions or escalate issues when needed.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to coordinate across different teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Able to identify, plan and manage dependencies between project tasks and resources with support from Project Manager teams.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining project schedules, including estimating task durations and resource needs.
- Capable of identifying and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control to keep projects within budget.
- Familiar with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, Jira, or similar for planning and tracking progress.
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies and their practical application in projects.
- Able to support development of PMO standards, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Some knowledge in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement processes is a plus.
