Job Description
- Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential challenges in the IT & IoT industry.
- Collect data and information regarding IT & IoT market trends, competitors, and the latest technological developments in the IT & IoT industry.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies, pricing models, and product offerings to provide a competitive edge.
- Gather and analyze data on customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to guide product development and marketing efforts.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Product, Business Development, and Management teams to provide data-driven support for business strategy planning and execution.
- Produce detailed and concise market reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
- Monitor the performance of existing products and strategies in the market to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, IT or other related majors.
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Market Researcher or in a related field, preferably in the IT & IoT industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with market research platforms and survey tools (Qualtrics, Google Forms, or etc).
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ability to present complex findings in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
- Previous experience conducting competitive and market analysis in the tech industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT & IoT industry terminologies, market and trends.
