Sr. Marketing Manager
Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and create targeted campaigns.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product manager, sales, and project managers, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Plan and implement online and offline marketing initiatives, including digital ads, SEO, email marketing, events, trade shows, and content marketing.
- Create sales enablement tools, such as presentations, brochures, and case studies, to support the sales team.
- Implement performance tracking tools and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Identify challenges and propose creative, data-driven solutions to improve marketing performance.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or other related majors.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Marketing Manager, proficient in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the IT or IoT industry.
- Familiarity with IoT and IT product marketing, including an understanding of product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
- Expertise in offline marketing activities, such as events, partnerships, and print media campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a plus.
