Jr. Legal Staff
Job Description
- Manage and monitor the company's legal documents and licenses.
- Prepare and review company contracts.
- Draft and review the company's legal product designs.
- Organize and manage legal documents, such as employment contracts, agreements, and licenses.
- Provide legal advice to the company.
- Identify legal risks and offer recommendations to mitigate them.
- Conduct socialization and guidance sessions for employees.
- Ensure that legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, filing, and managing legal files.
- Ensure the company complies with all applicable regulations and laws, including corporate law, taxation, environmental regulations, and others.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Law, Finance, or other related majors.
- Have experience in Legal, Finance related Legal roles for minimum 1 year, or internships in similar fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and procedures, especially corporate law, labor law, and contract law.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret legal information effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Office 365 such as Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
