Jr. Product Manager

Job Description

  1. Conduct in-depth research on user needs, pain points, and market trends to drive product development.
  2. Define product requirements and propose new feature ideas aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  3. Work closely with the Product Manager team to develop, prioritize, and refine product roadmaps.
  4. Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through execution to iteration and enhancement.
  5. Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure product development aligns with overall business objectives.
  7. Track product performance through data analysis, identify areas for improvement, and drive the necessary adjustments.
  8. Collect, organize, and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience.


Job Requirements

  1. Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Computer Science, IT, Information System or other related majors. 
  2. Have a minimum 1 year of experience in in product management, business analysist, or a similar role.
  3. Proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Strong interest in product management, technology, and IoT/software solutions.
  5. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform decisions.
  6. Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams across departments.
  7. Hands-on experience in developing and managing BRD and PRD documents.
  8. Familiarity with project and task management tools like Jira, Microsoft 365, etc.
  9. Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum methodologies and product development processes.
  10. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design is a plus.
