Jr. Manage Service Engineer
Job Description
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers using the company's products and services.
- Monitor and maintain products and services regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Offer training and guidance to customers on how to use and maintain products and services.
- Monitor service performance, identify common issues, and recommend improvements.
- Follow company procedures and policies for handling issues and service changes.
- Install, configure, and test company products and services for customers.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
- Maintain and update documentation for product and service maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma degree from Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or other related majors.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Managed Service Engineer, or relevant internship experience in a technical support or IT services role.
- Good communication skills for interacting with both customers and internal teams.
- Effective project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of the company’s products and services, with in-depth knowledge of technical functionalities.
- Experience in troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and basic routing.
- Ability to resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently while managing challenging situations.
- Capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation related to products and services.
