Job Description

  1. Provide high-quality technical support to customers using the company's products and services.
  2. Monitor and maintain products and services regularly to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Offer training and guidance to customers on how to use and maintain products and services.
  4. Monitor service performance, identify common issues, and recommend improvements.
  5. Follow company procedures and policies for handling issues and service changes.
  6. Install, configure, and test company products and services for customers.
  7. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  8. Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
  9. Maintain and update documentation for product and service maintenance.


Job Requirements

  1. Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma degree from Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or other related majors.
  2. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Managed Service Engineer, or relevant internship experience in a technical support or IT services role.
  3. Good communication skills for interacting with both customers and internal teams.
  4. Effective project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Solid understanding of the company’s products and services, with in-depth knowledge of technical functionalities.
  6. Experience in troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  7. Knowledge of networking concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and basic routing.
  8. Ability to resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently while managing challenging situations.
  9. Capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation related to products and services.
