Jr. DevSecOps Engineer
Job Description
- Manage containerization and virtualization technologies to support scalable and efficient application deployment.
- Assist in responding promptly to developer requests and complaints related to infrastructure issues.
- Support the development, deployment, and continuous optimization of CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated software delivery.
- Collaborate with the DevSecOps team and Engineers to ensure security practices and operational effectiveness of infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and security using tools such as Grafana, Wazuh, and other monitoring systems.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and security, participate in troubleshooting and resolving system and deployment issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) for automated environment setup.
- Document processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest DevSecOps trends and technologies, recommending improvements for security and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from IT, Computer Science, or other related majors.
- Have a minimum 1 year of experience as an DevSecOps Engineer or other related role.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and commonly used tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins.
- Understand the basics of containerization and virtualization, especially with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understand the basics of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Understand the basics of monitoring and security tools, especially with Grafana and Wazuh.
- Knowledge the principles of DevSecOps and best practices in software development and deployment.
