Job Description 

  1. Analyze visual and video content needs to align with the company's marketing strategy.
  2. Assist in the end-to-end video production and editing process for various digital platforms.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and engaging content concepts.
  4. Operate video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to produce high-quality content.
  5. Record and edit videos with proper lighting, framing, and audio techniques.
  6. Create basic motion graphics to enhance video content.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and audience preferences to optimize content performance.
  8. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all visual content.
  9. Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring easy access for future content repurposing.
  10. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for content strategy development.


Job Requirements

  1. Graduate from Bachelor's, Diploma 3, or Diploma 4 degree in Multimedia, Videography, Visual Communication Design, or other related majors.
  2. Have a minimum 1 year of experience in video production and editing.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  4. Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
  5. Ability to create simple motion graphics using After Effects is a plus.
  6. Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and visual composition.
  7. Strong collaboration and communication skills, open to discussion and idea-sharing.
  8. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Adaptable & innovative, always keeping up with the latest trends in digital video content.
  10. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content optimization for engagement is a plus.
