Jr. Business Development
Job Description
- Conduct to identify potential customers such as companies, distributors, and end-users in the IoT market.
- Assist with market research to learn about basic industry needs such as manufacturing, logistics, etc.
- Collect basic market and competitor information such as trends, competitor pricing, and clients’ needs in IoT.
- Execute the sales process with guidance, managing progress from lead to opportunity, and helping to close deals.
- Assist in introduce IoT products and solutions to potential customers through presentations and demos.
- Work closely with the Business Development team & Solutions team to understand client needs.
- Support in creating and maintaining a prospect database and sales pipeline.
- Maintain regular communication with leads, potential partners to strengthen relationships.
- Assist in preparing documents for tenders, quotations, and sales offers.
- Provide feedback and insight to the product and solution teams to help improve internal product.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management or other related majors.
- Have a minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT /IoT Solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Basic understanding of the concept of IoT, cloud, device sensors, or digital solutions.
- Basic understanding of pricing strategies, proposal preparation, and contract administration is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the B2B Sales Development Life Cycle (including lead generation, opportunity management, proposal creation, and deal closing)
- Have a networking experience in various industries is a plus.
- Have a internship or work experience in technology, telco, or IT/IoT solution companies is a plus.
- Familiar with using digital tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM, etc.
