Job Description 

  1. Design, prototype, and test electronic circuits, PCB layouts, and embedded systems for IoT devices based on project specifications.
  2. Develop and optimize firmware for microcontrollers (ESP, AVR, STM) to support IoT functionalities.
  3. Conduct research on new electronic components, sensors, and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
  4. Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and routing using EDA tools & conduct circuit simulation and validation.
  5. Integrate wireless communication modules (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa) and optimize RF performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with EMC/EMI standards and other regulatory requirements for electronic products.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Firmware, Mechanical, and Software Engineers) to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
  8. Develop and execute test plans to validate electronic designs, troubleshoot hardware issues, and implement corrective actions.
  9. Maintain documentation of circuit designs, test results, and development processes for future reference.


Job Requirements

  1. Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma degree from Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related majors.
  2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electronics Engineer, preferably in developing IoT devices development.
  3. Strong proficiency in PCB design and layout using Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or similiar EDA tools.
  4. Experience with electronic circuit simulation using tools such as Proteus, or similar tools (LTSpice, Wokwi, etc)
  5. Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (ESP, AVR or STM) and embedded programming using C/C++.
  6. Familiarity with IoT communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP, Modbus, etc.) and wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, LoRa).
  7. Proficiency in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and soldering tools for testing and debugging.
  8. Strong understanding of analog & digital electronics, power electronics, and signal processing.
  9. Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, signal processing, power electronics, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI).
  10. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
