Electronics Engineer Internship

Job Description  

1. Assist in designing and prototyping electronic circuits and PCB layouts for IoT devices.
2. Learn to use schematic capture tools and PCB design software to create and modify hardware designs.
3. Collaborate with firmware engineers to understand firmware-hardware interactions and assist in integrating hardware components with embedded software/firmware.
4. Support in researching and evaluating electronic components such as microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and communication modules suitable for IoT projects.
5. Writing software/firmware requirement, design, code, verification and validation test documents.
6. Learn to troubleshoot hardware issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other testing equipment under supervision.
7. Participate in component testing and validation to ensure functionality and reliability.

Job Requirements

1. Undergraduate students, Diploma students, or Fresh Graduate from Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related majors.
2. Previous coursework, projects, or internship experience related to electronics design, PCB layout, or embedded systems is a plus.
3. Familiarity with microcontrollers such as ESP/AVR/STM, sensors, actuators.
4. Understand basic communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C. 
5. Understand C/C++ and Python programming language.
6. Ability to design PCB schematic using Eagle, Kicad, Altium, or etc.
7. Basic understanding of electronic circuits, analog/digital electronics principles. 
8. Understand in using basic electronics testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes) is a plus.
