Business Analyst Internship

Job Description

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA tester, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  2. Assist in the development of business cases, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation.
  3. Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective resolutions.
  4. Participate in meetings with various teams including business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, enhancements, or system upgrades.
  5. Assist in create clear and concise documentation such as business requirements documents, workflows, process flow diagrams, user manuals, etc.
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes, methodologies, and best practices.


Job Requirements

  1. Undergraduate students, Diploma students, or Fresh Graduate from IT or other related majors.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Ability to create technical software documentation such as Product Requirements Document (PRD).
  6. Ability to create workflow diagrams, use cases, and business process models.
  7. Understand with business process modeling tools and project management software (Jira) is preferred.
  8. Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  9. Have knowledge basic UIUX Design is a plus.
