Job Description 

  1. Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts in the IT & IoT space.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that align with their business goals.
  3. Present and sell hardware and software solutions, articulating their value propositions and competitive advantages.
  4. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring post-sales satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, product, and engineering) to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  6. Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  8. Conduct regular client meetings to ensure ongoing engagement, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong relationships.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and expand the client base.



Job Requirements

  1. Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or other related majors. 
  2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a sales-related role, preferably in the tech, IT, or IoT industry.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals independently.
  4. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and IoT applications, including relevant market trends.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
  6. Ability to identify client needs and offer strategic solutions that align with their objectives, both technically and commercially.
  7. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
  8. Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales enablement tools.
