Sr. Account Executive
Job Description
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts in the IT & IoT space.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that align with their business goals.
- Present and sell hardware and software solutions, articulating their value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring post-sales satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, product, and engineering) to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure ongoing engagement, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and expand the client base.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or other related majors.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a sales-related role, preferably in the tech, IT, or IoT industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals independently.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and IoT applications, including relevant market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
- Ability to identify client needs and offer strategic solutions that align with their objectives, both technically and commercially.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales enablement tools.
